We are registered and bonded with the State of Indiana Attorney General’s Office to negotiate short sales. Only certain entities can legally negotiate short sales in Indiana and we are very fortunate to be one of them.
Before rolling it out last January, Tippecanoe Title Services, Inc. put in approximately 8 months of extensive research designing and perfecting a short sale program that would help real estate professionals and property owners. Our short sale program allows the real estate professional to lists, market and prospect the property for the homeowner — while we communicate with the banks and creditors! Our agent clients are telling us they have never gotten a short sale closed as quickly as they have with us. Our average closing time from the time of offer to approval is 37 days. Yes, you read that right… 37 days!
