We are registered and bonded with the State of Indiana Attorney General’s office to negotiate short sales! Only certain entities can legally negotiate short sales in Indiana and we are fortunate to be one of them.
Tippecanoe Title Services put in approximately 8 months of research designing and perfecting a program designed to help YOU as a real estate professional before we even rolled it out last January. You get to do what you do best as a real estate professional such as listing, marketing and prospecting and leave the communication with banks and creditors to us! We are very excited to continue with this program that took so long to put together the way we want and roll out to the real estate community in our newest office Lake Title Services.
