Tippecanoe Title has recently put together a mortgage market share analysis that will break down mortgage numbers in Tippecanoe County. Most lenders/Realtors can get this information on a national level but we have taken all of the recorded mortgage information available to us and put the numbers into a monthly and yearly spreadsheet showing only numbers on a local level. Information is obtained from the public record but is not gauranteed accurate. Information is only as accurate as the data input and the information received at the County Courthouse. Not all local lenders are on the list such as certain brokers that do not file any mortgages or very few in their own name so please keep that in mind as you utilize this report.
